An Opensource OS/2 Petition to IBM
Marco Radossevich (patchwork@libero.it) has started "OS/2 is Dead, Long
Live to OS/2!" petition to IBM Corp.:
Well, IBM joined Linux...
If they *really* want support the OpenSource community they should relase
the code of OS/2, due to their development stop. I think OS/2 source
should give us many interesting knowledge, as we can revive the
development scene around this cool OS.
Well, this isn't first petition to IBM about OS/2. In this case I remember
our initiative http://os2.ru/voice/petition/index.html.
I think that opensourced OS/2 is unreally because it contains some 3rd
party companies copyrights for example.
Maybe IBM will take this voice of people into considerations??
