   2. Vaughn Bender has resigned as Marketing Rep because he felt needed to spend more time with his family.
   3. VOICE also hasn't had a Secretary for some time.

   5. Things to do:
      1. Distribute DNS Account userid and passwords to Walter, Ken, and Peter
         
      2. Post Help Desk info on VOICE and Warpdoctor web sites.
      3. Arrange to appoint an iterim Secretary, until the next election.
