[11/05/97] - TCP/IP Update 

IBM has updated the TCP/IP stack to v4.02l. You can download
it from here:

ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/tcpip/rsu/stack/latestv4.html

Please note, at the time of me writing this the HTML page still says
v4.02k, but if you look in the readme.txt

ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/tcpip/rsu/stack/v4readme.txt

it does say v4.02l. Someone just forgot to modify the HTML after
putting up the new files.
