[11/19/97] - Relish v2.23 Available 

     Relish v2.23 is now available. Version 2.23 is a maintenance
release, necessary for use with RelishWeb. In general, the features of
this version are identical to earlier releases within the 2.2 series -
the primary differences are a small number of bug fixes and other
correction.
