WarpCast is sponsored by BMT Micro Available now: the latest OS/2 Warp Fixpaks on CD-ROM, only $15 ------------------------------ WarpCast ------------------------------ Source: Loren Bandiera, http://catbert.istar.ca/os2/ Reply-to: lorenb@inforamp.net --- For quite some time OS/2 sysops have been able to utilize the world's most popular (http://www.netcraft.com/survey/) (and free) web server, Apache. Thanks to SoftLink Services (http://www.slink.com/). They've ported Apache releases for us. Finally, as of version 1.3b3, OS/2 will be supported in the standard distribution. I've downloaded a copy of 1.3b3 from http://apache.org/dist/binaries/os2/ and it seems snappier than 1.2.4. Note: 1.3b3 is an incomplete beta and you'll have to install it over an existing installation (ex. 1.2.4). General information on Apache can be found at http://apache.org/ Source: Bill Nau ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To subscribe, unsubscribe, or for more information on WarpCast, visit: http://www.warpcast.com/ ----------------------------------------------------------------------
