WPSoundPalette - WPS Sound Scheme Palette Class

    Beta: Release Notes
          Release V1.00

I have implemented a WPS class that encances your Warp 4/Warp 3 system.
Warp 4 comes with the concept of "Sound Schemes". A Sound Scheme is a
logical collection of sound files that are grouped together to form a
theme/scheme. Under Warp 4, there are 4 schemes provided. However, IBM
in their infinite wisdom did not give us any means of (easily)
editing/adding/deleting these schemes. The WPSoundPalette (WPSndPal)
class is intended to do just that.

Use the WPSndC.Cmd to create and register the class (you will have to
edit it, so that the paths are correct). WPSndD.Cmd removes the object.

I have implemented the DeskMan2QuerySetup method, so the GUDisk class
should respond to and use either DeskMan/2 or Object Desktop to save
its data.

Currently there is no help for it.

The Apply button in the edit dialog should do the same as a drag/drop
operation to the desktop.

The Import... button is currently not implemented (it may come out). It
is intended that this button will allow you to import Win95 theme
files. I may implement another program to do that. I'll try to create
full OS/2 schemes/themes if I do this.

Please let me know what you find or any other comments.
