Fix IP08406 for Warp 4's Peer has been re-released,

ftp://ps.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/lan/fixes/ibm.peer/english-us/ip084
06/

IP08406 was originally released on 1/8/98. It was discovered that one
APAR (IC19148) was omitted, and the FixPak was withdrawn from this site
on 1/15/98.

The fix for IC19148 has now been included in the FixPak and tested, and
IP08406 was re-released on 1/21/98.

The way to tell which version of the FixPak you have is to check the
time stamp of the file LSPRWPS.DLL in the IBMLAN\NETPROG directory. If
the date of the file is 01-16-98 then you have the official,
re-released version of IP08406. This is the only file that changed
between the 2 versions.
