The best, no-hassle, site for downloading IBM JDK 1.1.4 for OS/2
seems to be:

It is also recommended that you download the following fix for the
JDK if you will be working with J Street Mailer. If you already have
1.1.4, you should only need to download the fix.  You should also use
the fixes if you are developing applications with the InnoBar toolbar
kit.

To determine the version of your OS/2 JDK, type the following command
in an OS/2 window:

    java -version

Please note that there is no Java Runtime Environment (JRE) only for
OS/2. You must download the entire Java Development Kit (JDK).
However, after downloading you can elect to _install_ only the
runtime, saving yourself the extra disk space.
