Crystal Semiconductor, producer of audio chips for a variety of different
sound cards, has released an update to its OS/2 Warp driver package, which
supports audio cards based on the following chipsets;
   CS4236B, CS4237B, CS4238B, CS4235, CS4239

If your audio card uses one of these Crystal chipsets, you can make use of
the new version 2.01 OS/2 Crystal drivers. For a listing of some sound

Changes:
-------------
1.  This driver supports the following Crystal audio parts:
   CS4235, CS4239, CS4236B, CS4237B, and CS4238B.
This kit is no longer intended for CS4231, CS4232, and CS4236. Please use
Driver Kit 1.7x for those parts (see below)  
2.  Added a Crystal MPU-401 wavetable driver in the kit. A CS9236
wavetable chip is required for this feature.
3.  This driver merges the configuration driver (ADD) and wave driver
(PDD) into a single driver (cwaudio.sys).  
4.  Now supports enhanced full duplex (which is full-duplex with
independent sample rates).  The prior driver only supported
same-sample-rate full-duplex.
5.  Added Input mode 3 mixer support.  Can now record both Aux1 and Aux2
simultaneously.  
6.   Installation now recognizes Warp 3 FP0, FP26 and FP32 and installs
appropriate MMPM/2 DLLs according to the fixpack level. Prior drivers
installed DevCon-version DART DLLs in all cases which
would slighly backlevel FP26 installations.
7.  Added support in our driver to have Software motion video (Indeo
format) play without choppiness
8. Improved support for small buffer DART applications.
9. Fixed memory for DMA reduced from 192KB to 8KB.
10. The source code was ported to Watcom C.
11. The Read.me was updated to reflect valid options for this driver.
