A new version of NetLookout is on Hobbes as:
	http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/apps/internet/misc/nlook201.zip

NetLookout will watch Web, FTP and Gopher sites, and notify you if
something has changed. You can specify how often you want a site to be
checked, what to ignore when checking a site, and how you want to be
notified when a site changes.

Version 2.01 introduces some bug fixes & improvements:
- improved FTP code
- option to ignore all HTML tags on a site
- option to not display the settings dialogs when creating a Lookout by
dropping a URL on the window
