I haven't seen mention of this yet and it seems to be staying there
this time. IBM has re-released its FixPak IP08406 (a part of Warp's
LAN services).  The README reads, in part:

     February 5,1998

     This re-released version of FixPak IP08406 contains 5
     image files plus a service tool disk.

The URL is:

ftp://ps.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/lan/fixes/ibm.peer/english-us/ip08406/

The only difference is INSTALL\PEERINST.PGM, size 337,038 (compared
to 3,656 originally). NETLIB\LSPRWPS.DLL is identical to the first
re-release.
