The home page for Battlecrusier 3000AD is http://www.bc3000ad.com/ ) I'll quote a few lines by Derek Smart (Designer/Lead Developer of the Battlecruiser 3000AD DOS game) which he has posted to some of the games newsgroups. They're slightly ripped out of context (the discussion was about the merits of Windows 95 against DOS for games development), but I thought they might be worth submitting. BC300AD is one of the most complex space sim/flight/fight games ever made. Rob ========== [...snip...] I use OS2 as does one of my team members. Once I get around to it and I have time, I have plans of porting BC3K to OS2 once v2.0 is a wrap. If only to prove a point. Even the DOS 3Dfx Glide driver works PERFECTLY well under OS2 Warp _without_ a hitch. BC3K, as a whole is more stable under OS2 than it is under WIN95. Any DOS game that is stable under WIN95 is saying a lot because most highend WIN95 games aren't even stable under WIN95. Go figure.
