Users of the Hauppauge WinCast/TV PCI video capture card might be
interested to know about a new OS/2 program designed for the card.
StWTV has just has beta version 0.08 released; a few of its features:

 -- User defined station buttons
 -- Float on top
 -- Capture a single frame into the clipboard
 -- Record and playback a movie (for now in a unique format)
 -- Pause button
