 In a press release issued today IBM outlined its plans for the OS/2
Warp Server and Workspace on Demand family of operating systems. Due to
be released in late 1998 and early 1999, the next version of Warp
Server will be "IBM's entry level e-business server" and will contain,
among other things:

 - A Journaling Filesystem (JFS)
 - Java 1.1.6
 - Dual Device Backup Set and Removable Media Support
 - "out-of-box" support for Year 2000 and Eurocurrency

 No details were given concerning a future release of Warp Client,
however.
