It is equivalent to the 3940UW, I believe, and basically is the same as two 2940's. It is an excellent controller, but installing Warp with it active can be very difficult without aic7895b.zip, as instructions from IBM are included in the archive. IBM, and Adaptec too, at first denied there was such a driver. Ho hum...
