A new version of MR/2 ICE email client has been released.  In the
author's own words:

  Guys! Trying to get back into this, and since I'm getting an
  increasing amount of mail asking for a mail update, AND since the
  newsbeta happens to be quite a bit farther along than the last
  email-only release (v1.40), I'm releasing what I'm calling v1.50
  today. Functionally, there are not many differences between it and
  v1.48a news (the latest).

  I will do a news refresh, anyway, this weekend or Monday at the
  latest, just to keep it all in synch.

  DO NOT GET the email only release if you intend on running news.
  WAIT until I announce NEWS50.
