The RSUINST program has been updated AGAIN (as of July 30th).

The readme.txt file says (in part):

July 30, 1998
Version 1.71 of RSUINST.EXE is a VisPro/Rexx 3.1 generated program to
replace previous versions of RSUINST.EXE.

Version 1.70 had some fixes so it works better with the new
FTPINSTL.EXE program. This is the minimum level needed for all future
OS/2 RSU Fixpaks. Version 1.71 implements automatic update when a new
version is released. Note: FTPINSTL.EXE is the GUI replacement for
the original FTPINSTL.CMD. It is included in Warp 4 FixPak 7 and Warp
3 FixPak 37 and will be in all future FixPaks.
