I wrote an enhancement to the Launchpad of Warp 3 and above.
Bubblepad v1.0 gives you flyover help for the buttons and reduces the
size of the pad by reordering the buttons. The utility consists of a
replacement class and fits seamlessly into the WPS. Full online help
is provided. NLS for English and German. The program is released
under the GPL, so full source code is included. You need the EMX
runtime libs for running the installation program.
