I know it's a bit too old, but I found this at aMixer 1.9 distribution.
Come on people, let's register aMixer!

aMixer release 1.9                                 16-May-1998

Note:  Due to the lack of registrations since April 1998 (about
two registrations in the last two months), this will be the my last
OS/2 mixer release.  Registrations are the only reason I still
do OS/2 software and when there are no registrations that's it.


When using BMT to place your order, please call them only to
place your aMixer order.  BMT does not handle the registrations
since I do that.  If you have any problems, or have not gotten
your registration code fast enough (allow up to 24 hours), then
e-mail

        mixers@40th.com

and let me know.  This keeps BMT free to take orders and lets
me handle the support for aMixer.
