While FaxWorks Solutions (formerly Global Village) has announced that they
will exit the IBM OS/2 software market as of September 30th, this does NOT
mean that the PMfax/FaxWorks products are being discontinued.

Keller Group is committed to developing, selling and supporting OS/2
fax/voice software, and we plan to continue to do so.  While certain
publishers of our products may decide to exit the OS/2 software market, you
will still be able to get additional products and support from us.  See the
"Support Programs" section on our list of Upgrades and Products at our
web site for details.

The Keller Group, developers of software that we publish as FaxWorks Pro for
OS/2 and FaxWorks Pro LAN for OS/2, will not stop development of the
software.  Their products, PMfax, as well as the FaxWorks Pro for OS/2 and
FaxWorks Pro LAN for OS/2 will be available from them.
