"There is a new OS/2 LAN Server 5.0 for WarpServer fixpack, 
IP_8528, is available from:

It replaces the previous fixpacks 8508 and 8525, both of 
which were withdrawn to due to fact that they contained 
serious defects. Anyone who has run the HPFSPERF utility on 
their WarpServer should install this new fixpack. Also, the 
new fixpack is not based on disk images. Simply download
the zip file, unzip it using the PKUNZIP2 -d command, and 
then run INSLANFP to install.

However, as the previous two fixpacks were disasters, and 
as 8528 also contains other significant fixes for APARs, it 
might be as well to test the new fixpack thoroughly on a 
non-production machine for an extended period first."
