We have some updates at the OS/2 Netlabs:

- CandyBarZ is available in a fixed version, the PMView close-button
should work now (it does on my system). Get the new version at
http://www.netlabs.org/candybarz/

- Yuri Dario released a new version of mSQL for OS/2, this should fix
several minor problems with the current version. mSQL is
available at http://www.netlabs.org/projects/msql.html

- GIMP for OS/2 is available in version 1.02 for several weeks
now, the team is now working on porting the GTK (Gimp ToolKit)
to OS/2, this will allow us to compile the GIMP in a native OS/2
version (using PM instead of XFree86). I will keep you up to
date about the progress.

- We are again looking for programmers. As some of you know
EAGLE is a layout editor and autorouter which is available for
OS/2 (for free for education use!). Unfortunately the new
versions will not support OS/2 anymore, this is because the
toolkit they use (ZINC) is not available in a native OS/2 version.
The authors of ZINC are willing to let the OS/2 community do
the port, if we can port the current version of the toolkit there
is a chance to again get a native OS/2 EAGLE. Let me know if you
are interested in porting ZINC to OS/2 (mail to
ktk@netlabs.org).

EAGLE is available at http://www.cadsoft.de, ZINC is available at
http://www.zinc.com

thanks for your support!
