Just released:

  UPS Monitor for OS/2

Utility program to monitor the status of the American Power
Conversion (APC) Uninterruptible Power Sources (UPS).
This program provides shutdown services to the operating
system. Does automatic scheduled shutdown and restart if
feature is provided by UPS model.

UPS Monitor comes with two executables tested on APC UPS
models Back-UPS Pro, Smart-UPS, Smart-UPS v/s and 
Back-UPS (non-Pro version). Possibly supports other APC 
models not listed.
