Fixes to bring Java 1.1.7 to build o117-19990108 are available 
from the usual place - 

ftp://ncc.hursley.ibm.com/pub/java/fixes/os2/11/117/ .

I presume they'll also be available from

ftp://service.software.ibm.com/software/java/fixes/os2/11/117/

but I don't see them there yet.  As always, you must already have
installed the base Java 1.1.7 via Feature Installer before you
install the updates.
