I found USB modem drivers -- at least for IBM and US Robotic's 
modems(same package) at

http://service.software.ibm.com/os2ddpak/html/universa/ibmcorpo/index.htm

Also it looks like updated USB Mouse and Keyboard drivers were posted 
on Jan 12. Although file dates are from November...

Unfortuneatly I could not find the Base USB package that it says is 
required in order to use any of these USB devices under OS/2...
