The Windows Refund Center 

(http://www.thenoodle.com/refund/) is a new web site 
dedicated to information on how to obtain a refund for your 
purchase of Windows.  The Windows End User License 
Agreements (EULA) allows anyone who buys a PC to get a 
refund for returning their copy of Windows.

February 15th has been declared "Windows Refund Day", when 
everyone who purchased a PC with Windows pre-installed, but 
never used Windows (i.e. immediately deleted it without 
booting it first) to demand a refund from their reseller.

This would be a great opportunity for OS/2 users to get 
some money back.
