CheckUrl is a REXX program that reads a list of urls from a 
text file, and checks if they exist. It can be useful to
check dead urls.
Works with HTTP and FTP. Requires Rxsock and Rxftp dlls.

Version 1.0 corrects a bug of 1.0b which occurs when 
checking some http urls.
