IBM and Vinca have announced a relationship for IBM to resell Vinca's
StandbyServer for Warp Server. They will have an additional release this
year to get to CoStandbyServer for Warp Server. This is our strategic
way of delivering clustering support for Warp Server.

     We are pleased to announce  Vinca's new web-based technical support
system.  http://support.vinca.com will take you to the Vinca Technical
Services information page, or allow you to open a new support incident
directly from this page.

     When accessing the new, web-based technical support system, you
need a logon id and password.  If you don't currently have one, please
e-mail your request to support@vinca.com .   In your e-mail, please
indicate what logon id and password you want to use.  We'll activate
those in the system and acknowledge back to you via e-mail that your
access is now active.
