I have uploaded version 1.21 of the YADTV/2 application to hobbes.nmsu.edu. 
The file can be found at 

http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/incoming/yadtv121.zip and at some point 
will migrate to http:/hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/apps/mmedia/yadtv121.zip

This version has a number of changes to the program including:

"Mute" control for sound
"Video Off" control for the video display
"MCI" button to display the device information

There is a work around for the "Invalid Connector" message that was 
occuring for some people.
