Wright (wrightc@dtcweb.com) ********************************************************************** IBM has a new line of PC's out, the 300 GL Small Business Series. They come with MS-Windows 98, Lotus SmartSuite Millenium Edition, and now also Microsoft Office Small Business Edition. What's interesting is that this computer was not even tested for compatability with OS/2. (See "Operating System Software" below.) Even though IBM has not bundled OS/2 in a long time with their computers, they have always tested them for compatability, it looks like even that level of service is going away. I discovered this by accident while looking at PC Connection's IBM page (http://www.pcconnection.com/ibm) and when I selected one of the PCs, in there was this line "No OS/2, SCO, Win 3.11 support."
