Well after screwing for 2 weeks around with trying to get Taxcut to 
download the Alabama tax program and install it, I have found the 
problem. It didn't matter whether I was running the program from 
drive c:.

When I finally called non-support they finally admitted that AL was one 
of 11 states that require W95 to run.  I don't know what the other 10 
states are. The refund number is 671 428 1119. Its hard to get through
but to get your refund, inclose the UPC # and a copy of your receipt to
