I've coded an addon DLL for WatchCat 2.1, 
which gives a convenient interface between 
WatchCat and the nice-package by Sharon 
Dagan. 

The DLL enables priority-changing of running 
processes from within WatchCat.

Appearently there are some rough edges left:
You'd better _NOT_ start WatchCat from 
config.sys or startup.cmd when using this 
DLL. I'm working on the problem ;)
