The following was recently posted to comp.os.os2.advocacy by the
Interim Editor-in-Chief of EDM/2:

EDM/2 is back in business with a new editorial team and a new issue
for April '99.

The apparent lack of activity on the site for the past few months has
been due to our learning the ropes and taking on the awesome
responsibilities that Carsten has been performing for so long.

But we think you'll agree that the current issue has been worth the
wait.  We have three solid articles, including one by David Zimmerli
on a newly discovered OS/2 API.  We also have a host of new items in
the news column and a new book review by Carsten.
