Ever needed the proof that OS/2 is suitable for "mission critical" 
systems ?

The company I work for (NIS Ingenieurgesellschaft, Hanau, Germany) 
has supplied a computer system that drives the control rods of the 
german Gundremmingen nuclear power plant. The system has been 
inspected by experts and authorities and was proven to be suitable 
for such critical tasks, it is now running for about one year without 
any flaw.

Guess the used operating system ... it's OS/2 Warp 3.
