Abbotsbury Software Ltd. has updated their driver for the
Hauppauge WinCast/TV PCI card. The current version is
1.041L. New in this release is:

Audio Support for boards that use the MSP34XX Sound
Processor. Finally your TV won't be silent! This support
is for all boards except for UK models that have a "PAL BG/I
tuner. Support for these models will be added shortly.

We have added support for more tuners. If you were able to
see composite video but your tuner wasn't working properly,
this driver should solve the problem.

VideoIN support. Tim has out done himself!!! With this
release of the driver, you should be able to capture video
to your hard disk for playback, editing or video
conferencing. Your performance will vary depending on your
CPU and available memory.

SVideo Support.

Still missing is "clipping support". If you are using
GRADD, the video window will occlude any window located in
it's display area, regardless of Z-order. This is quite
obnoxious and will be corrected. The latest driver can be
downloaded from the Abbotsbury Site:

IBM has promised delivery of their WarpTV application,
however the project is being worked on as time permits.
Since they offered us a very attractive license, I can't
yell and scream too loudly to hurry things along. However
progress is being made and we should all benefit from their
effort. In the mean time, I encourage you to check out
other 3rd party TV application offerings:
