The installer for the Java Adobe Acrobat 
Viewer did not work properly for me using 
OS/2 and Java 1.1.8 Preview from IBM. I 
emailed Adobe and got a reply confirming my 
suspicions that the installer they use is 
broken. Once the installer finishes, go to 
the directory where you installed the 
Acrobat Viewer and type:

jre -cp acrobat.jar -mx32M 
com.adobe.acrobat.Viewer
