MPTS FixPak WR08620 is back on IBM's FTP site:
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/ps/products/mpts/fixes/english-us/wr08620/

There is a file there called NSLOOKUP.TXT, that has instructions for making sure 
NSLOOKUP.EXE doesn't get screwed up.
