I have just received the following response from Elsa USA. 
This is  disappoiting news for anyone who has just 
purchased their products, especially since the do make 
high-quality video cards which carry a guarantee of six (6) 
years.

Dear User,

Sorry it has taken awhile to get back to you but we needed 
to make sure on our end if there is a solution for you. 
Unfortunately there is'nt. The drivers are for OS/2 Warp 4. 
There are no drivers for OS/2 Server, so you are limited to 
the drivers that come with OS/2. We do not know if there 
will be drivers in the future.
