If you know what GNU Wget is, so Auto Wget Daemon is for you. As 
mentioned in OS/2 E-zine (http://www.os2ezine.com/v3n17/awget.htm) 
Auto Wget Daemon (AWget) is a tool for "bulletproof downloading". 
If you are bored with copying link in Netscape Navigator and manually 
launching Wget then AWget is what you need. Now you can start downloading 
with Drag'n'Drop. All you need is to drag url into dedicated folder. 
Auto WGet supports download queue and redownloading if you got any 
troubles.
