Point your browser to either the homepage of Warpstock Europe -> http://www.warpstock.de/index_en.html (english version) -> http://www.warpstock.de (german version) or directly to the Workshop and Sessions page -> http://www.warpstock.de/warpstock_en_workshops.html (english version) -> http://www.warpstock.de/warpstock_de_workshops.html (german version) Highlights of the current table are sessions and workshops like - Problem Analysis: When it traps and hangs... - Using Staroffice under OS/2: Producing a thesis - Aurora: the OS/2 e-business Server - The OS/2 Netlabs and its projects - Physical Device Driver Development (ca. 3 hours workshop !) - Open Source and OS/2 and more ! Planned, but not yet confirmed are another two highlight sessions about the OS/2 Netlabs projects - Odin the former Win32os2 project, letting Win32 programs run under OS/2 see http://www.netlabs.org/Odin for details - Everblue porting the X Window API to OS/2 Presentation Manager see http://www.netlabs.org/Everblue for details which will show the current status of the projects and some demos. See OS/2 being alive and kicking due to the new momentum, that OS/2 development and the OS/2 community in general gains through these great internet projects !!! The workshop and sessions language is English (unless only german speaking people attend a certain session or workshop...). Sessions last about 45 minutes up to a maximum of one hour, workshops last from two to three hours (incl. breaks). Nearly all sessions and workshops take place at least twice; the "Workshop and Sessions" web page shall support you in planning, when you want to visit which session or workshop. For that purpose all workshops and sessions are mentioned together with their appointments and speaker. information, and each sorted in a list sorted by themes, dates and in a time-table. For more detailed information please contact the Warpstock Europe workshop coordinator by sending an email to: workshop@warpstock.de Note: Warpstock Europe needs YOU ! We still have free appointments for workshops and sessions, so if you know a special field of OS/2 or an OS/2 application particularly well and want to hold a workshop or a session about it, then please don't hesitate and contact our workshop coordinator, so that he can take your contribution into account. Especially sessions about OS/2 related internet themes and end user application demos are greatly welcomed !
