I got bug report and patch for 'vncserver.cmd' script in
Xvnc for OS/2. Now I've applied that patch and updated
the documents, and released new version (or package) of
Xvnc for OS/2.

You can get Xvnc server for OS/2 under my OS/2 tools page

    http://www.sra.co.jp/people/akira/os2/index-e.html

or directly,

    http://www.sra.co.jp/people/akira/os2/xvnc/index.html

VNC is a system to access remote desktops from a local
machine. It consists of a remote server and a local viewer
(client). For more datails, see VNC site at

    http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/

This release is an X based VNC server, not for PM server.
You cannot access the WPS/PM desktop with it.
