On June 30, 1999 Sybase posted "End Of Life" notice for the 
Watcom C/C++ 11.  Notice starts with "We are writing to 
advise you that Sybase has concluded its development of 
Watcom C/C++ and that the current release of the
product, version 11.0, will be the last."
