VOICE will host an IRC speakup session with Brian Smith who will discuss the
EverBlue Project on Saturday, August 7, 1999 at 1:00 p.m. EDT (17:00 GMT).

The EverBlue project is the Netlabs project to port XLib to OS/2 PM thus
allowing XWindows apps like Gimp to run under PM instead of requiring XFree/86.

VOICE, Virtual OS/2 International Consumers Education, conducts IRC meetings on
the first and third Monday of each month.  From time to time we have speakups
on Saturdays at 1:00 p.m. in an effort to accomodate our international members
