You can find the latest beta of the Lucent PCI soft modem driver 
at hobbes:  

/pub/incoming/ltm_554.zip

Eventualy, it should be located in 

/pub/os2/system/drivers/modem

Feel free to send me any bug reports.  Please use the word Lucent 
in the subject phrase.
