There's a new release of DSTswitch available. DSTswitch 
1.40, a utility that changes between daylight 
saving and standard time automatically, has got lots of new 
features and also some bug fixes:

* Multithreaded design
* Low CPU power consumption
* Program termination after time check (optional)
* Pop up on time change (optional)
* Minimized startup (optional)
* Multilingual
* Zone independent time synchronisation via TCP (optional)
* Display of Swatch Beat in main window
* Display of system's uptime in main window
* Display of uptime also in title bar if windows is 
minimized (optional)
* Program launch of up to four Java and OS/2 programs on 
three different events (optional)
