A German version of the latest MPTS fix, WRG8620, is 
available from:

 ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/mpts/fixes/german/ 

wrg8620/. The disk image files are dated 20-Sep-99. The fix 
provides a legitimate means to upgrade virtually any OS/2 
TCP/IP stack to 4.21 (32-bit). The exact prerequisites for 
different versions of OS/2 and TCP/IP for the fix to be 
applied can best be looked up at the OS/2 Warp Update 
Summary at http://www.warpupdates.de/ (the German version 
will probably show up there soon, until then everything 
about the international version WR_8620 applies as well).
