I attempted to purchase the 1.5 upgrade to SmartSuite/2. Service
personnel could not locate the upgrade, then informed me it will  not
be available until 1st week of January. Service personnel also said
that it will cost about $173.

**Moderator's note: We have heard no official word from Lotus staff
on pricing and availability.
