A recent release of ARJ/2 v 2.70 has been uploaded onto Hobbes:

  http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/incoming/arj2_270.exe (International version),
  http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/incoming/arj2r270.exe (Russian localized version)

Later these files will be moved to:

  http://hobbes.nmsu.edu//pub/os2/util/archiver/ 

Anyone wishing to assist with further localization of ARJ/2 on
non-profit basis may contact me via e-mail. French and German
translations are partially complete, based on job previously done by
Frederic Taes and Douglas Dunkel, respectively.

The language resources consist of about 550 messages and the README
file.
