IBM has updated all four of the language specific printer drivers
they have to Dec. 29, 1999.

  ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/ps/products/os2/printpak/ 

The files are:

OMNIxx.EXE, LASERJETxx.EXE, PLOTTERxx.EXE, and PSCRIPTxx.EXE

(xx = language, en = english for example)
