Version 3.21 of Electronic Teller was updated this afternoon. This
version is an 'emergency' release, because a last-minute bug fix did
not make it into version 3.20 uploaded yesterday.

Briefly, Electronic Teller is a native OS/2 financial management
suite for home users. It does not yet include investment account
support, but will eventually.
